What costs will I incur?
When purchasing a condominium, you will incur the following costs (in addition to the purchase price):
5.5% real estate transfer tax
Approximately 1,5% notary fees
Approximately 0.5% land registry fees (each based on the purchase price)
Can the apartments also be rented?
The apartments are rented out by our experienced property management company, Mietplan GmbH, depending on the sales status and whether the buyer intends to use the apartment themselves or purchase it as an investment.
Can I visit the construction site?
From the end of October 2025, you will be able to view a show apartment, which we will be happy to show you in person.
